Thanks Lauren and way to demonstrate the power of Radian6! I think you guys have a great platform. You're right – I should go back and bold that. When we think in terms of others' success and facilitating it through our own actions we all can win.

Great point Becky. Adding to that, one of my favorite quotes is “Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority it's time to pause and reflect.” by Mark Twain. There is no secret sauce for success and each person, entity, etc. needs to find what works for them. Thanks for the comment!

Great direction, “You can make sure that you keep your focus on the people important to your business by defining your goals and successes as mutual successes.” We think the same way about listening tools. I think the best way I can define up is, which every way is providing success. Sometimes its not about which direction is common, its the direction that is providing the results.
